PHILADELPHIA (May 23, 2018) -- Center City District’s parks are back in warm-weather mode, welcoming visitors to enjoy the great outdoors in the heart of Center City. Dilworth Park is kicking off a full schedule of events including fitness classes, cocktails, barbeque, crafts, live music, movie nights – all summer long, there’s something for everyone!
Center City Fit
Mondays & Tuesdays
June 4 - August 28: 6 p.m.
Join in the fun with FREE group fitness programs where top-notch trainers from Optimal Sport Health Clubs lead yoga and boot camp classes.
Mondays: yoga (Be sure to bring your own mat.)

PNC presents Live @ Lunch
Wednesdays & Thursdays (Thursdays are new for 2018!)
Philadelphia’s center stage, powered by Live Nation shines every Wednesday and new this summer, Thursday afternoons, with a showcase of live music from local musicians. Presented by PNC, the series is a multicultural and alternative representation of two classic genres, jazz, and R&B. In June, jazz will be at the forefront, showcasing some of Philadelphia's most groundbreaking and innovative artists. Throughout the month of July, alternative R&B will be in the spotlight. The city's left-of-center crooners and songstresses will provide a soulful soundtrack to the summer.
On June 21, the first day of summer, look for an extra special performance in the park that celebrates the summer solstice with Make Music Philly.
Grab some lunch at the Dilworth Park Café & Air Grille and enjoy music on the PNC Terrace.
Center City District Sips at Dilworth Park
Wednesdays (except July 4)
June 6 - August 29: 5 - 7 p.m. (DJ: 5 - 8:30 p.m.)
The summer’s best happy hour is Sips at Dilworth Park, every Wednesday from 5–7pm. 6 dollar refreshing Hornitos and Effen Vodka cocktails, 5 dollar wine, and 4 dollar Michelob Ultra and Bud Light along with a DJ each week to get you in the mood to groove. Stick around for more fun after Sips, as the DJ spins until 8:30 p.m. Look for special Temple Take Over Nights presented by the Temple University Alumni Association.

New to Dilworth Park this summer! The Fine Art & Craft Fair showcases local crafters selling hand-crafted jewelry and art, photographs, accessories and more. Shop for fabulous one-of-a-kind finds and support local artisans.

Marker’s Mark Bourbon and BBQ are the perfect pairing for five-day annual event. Featuring the Bud Light Beer garden and foods hot off the grill, plus tasty BBQ, by the Dilworth Park Café. A great lineup of DJs and live music, along with a series of fun activities and games, will make this one of summer’s best events.
Summer Love Launch Party featuring Neighborhood Arts Celebration

Thursday, June 28: 3 - 8 p.m.
The first party of the Wawa Welcome America festival kicks off at Dilworth Park and the City Hall Courtyard. Enjoy nonstop entertainment on multiple stages celebrating Philadelphia artists and neighborhoods. From 5 to 8 p.m., beat the heat with refreshing summer cocktails and cold beers and while sitting outside at the Dilworth Park Café and Air Grille.

Pitchers in the Park, presented by Bud LIght

Head to the park early and grab a pitcher of Bud Light or your favorite beverage, from the Dilworth Park Café and some popcorn, then test your knowledge of your favorite new release with spoiler-free trivia and music from movie soundtracks leading into each movie showing.
