Center City District is seeking a very detailed oriented and extremely organized individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant to our President and CEO, who will be transitioning into the role on January 1, 2024.

This position is a hands on supervisory position that will focus on the operation and maintenance of CCD’s high profile parks, CCD leased Cafes and events that occur at Dilworth Park, Sister Cities Park, Collins Park, Cret Park and 255 city blocks which are the boundaries of the CCD.
Under the direction of the Director of Park Operations, the Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the operations of the maintenance associated with all of CCD assets along with monitoring/surveying to ensure that the parks and events managed by CCD are maintained to the highest standards. The Facilities Manager will also assist the Park Operations Director with the preparation of monthly reports and the management of onsite contractors after regular operating hours.
