PHILADELPHIA (January 23, 2019) – The Central Philadelphia Development Corporation (CPDC) is pleased to announce four new members to its Board of Directors, who were confirmed at CPDC’s December membership meeting.

The new Board members are:

Kenneth R. Fulmer, PE is the President & CEO, Urban Engineers, he began his career with the firm as an intern, since then he has served in several leadership capacities, including deputy director of construction services and general manager for transit and passenger rail. He has a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s in civil engineering and architectural engineering from Drexel University. Mr. Fulmer is involved in his local community, serving as a coach and/or commissioner for youth recreational leagues and as a board member for the Perkiomen Valley Foundation.

Monica Jindia is Vice President, Business Development, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, where she provides real estate and title services needed to close single-site, multi-site and multi-state real estate transactions nationwide for investors, developers, REITS, corporations, and lenders. Ms. Jindia has a bachelor’s degree from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University, and a master’s degree from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University. She is a Trustee of the Urban Land institute and serves on the Advisory Council for the Mural Arts Program.

Christopher W. Rosenbleeth is Chair of the Real Estate Practice and Partner, Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP. He regularly represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. He received a J.D. from Rutgers University Camden and bachelor’s degree from Loyola College, Maryland. Mr. Rosenbleeth is a member of the board of directors of Business Leadership Organized for Catholic Schools (BLOCS) and a member of BLOCS’ scholarship committee.

Jason Tucker is Vice President of Acquisitions and Development, The Goldenberg Group, where he oversees all phases of real estate development and also sources prospective sites and manages development activities for off-campus student housing and conventional mixed-used and multi-family projects. Mr. Tucker has a J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College. He is the co-founder of Philadelphia’s Leaders of Tomorrow (PLOT) and PhilaSoup.

In addition, CPDC Board member Edward D’Alba, has been named Emeritus.
