Retail attraction & retention

Center City is home to first-to-market digitally native brands, urban versions of mall staples, 1,000+ homegrown and local businesses, and a world-renowned dining scene, all in a highly walkable mixed-use setting.

Our economic development team partners with retail brokers and landlords; tracks openings, closings, and occupancy; produces insightful research articulating Center City’s competitive advantages; and makes the case to retail decision-makers for locating downtown.
