Who can join CPDC?

Membership is open to business leaders, educational institutions, property developers, and civic organizations interested in supporting Center City Philadelphia.

What is CPDC?

CPDC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to support Center City Philadelphia through research, planning and economic development.

How is CPDC different from CCD?

CPDC was created in 1956 to focus on planning, research, and economic development; CCD was created by CPDC in 1991 to supplement city services in the areas of cleanliness and safety. CPDC is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) funded through voluntary membership dues; CCD is a municipal authority whose budget comes from assessments to property owners.
