FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

13 days, 115+ restaurants, 3 courses: lunch ($20) and dinner ($35)

PHILADELPHIA (November 30, 2018) – Center City District Restaurant Week, the twice-yearly culinary event, is more popular than ever and is returning in January for nearly two weeks! From January 13-25, 2019, more than 115 participating restaurants will serve up a delicious array of inventive three-course dinners for only $35 per person and three-course lunches for $20 per person (excludes tax, gratuity, and alcohol).

Presented by Maker’s Mark Bourbon and El Tesoro Tequila and supported by OpenTable, TD Bank, and Lyft, Center City District Restaurant Week gives diners the opportunity for a limited time each fall and winter to enjoy the city’s best restaurants at discounted prices. Many participating restaurants offer gift cards, making them a timely holiday present for anyone planning their Restaurant Week rounds in January.

New restaurants for this season include Bai Wei and Sedition. They’ll be joining Restaurant Week favorites including La Famiglia Ristorante, Franky Bradley’s, Lolita, and Mixto Restaurant. (Full list below.)

Participating restaurants will also be mixing signature cocktails featuring Maker’s Mark Bourbon and El Tesoro Tequila to complement their special Restaurant Week menus.

Visit ccdrestaurantweek.com for participating restaurants, maps, and links to make reservations via OpenTable, and enter for a chance to win dinner once a week for a full year at select Center City restaurants. For the latest updates, follow @PhilaRestWeek on Twitter and Instagram. (All menus will be posted in the coming weeks.)

“CCD Restaurant Week is not only a fantastic value, it’s a fabulous chance to try brand-new dishes from some of the city’s most creative kitchens,” said Michelle Shannon, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Center City District. “Planning their special three-course Restaurant Week menus begins well in advance, and chefs see it as a great opportunity to ‘wow’ diners who may be visiting their restaurant for the first time.”

Lyft is the preferred ride of Center City District Restaurant Week. New riders will receive a $10 discount on their first ride using the code RW2019.

Restaurant Week patrons can park for $9 or less at participating Philadelphia Parking Association and Philadelphia Parking Authority facilities from 4:45 p.m. to 1 a.m. by presenting a voucher from participating restaurants. Visit ccdrestaurantweek.com for a list and map of locations.
