What do you most love about your job?
I love being the best part of someone’s day. Whether I’m given 45 minutes or an hour, I know for a brief period of time, I’m a distraction from the real world. In my class, no one worries about rent checks, report cards, or love interests.
"Fitness isn't only about chasing rock hard abs or bulging biceps, fitness is the mind’s willingness to let the body get uncomfortable and stay uncomfortable. I love helping my clients realize they are strong enough to persevere."
How would you spend a perfect day in Center City?
I’d start with a sweaty yoga class at Corepower, an oat milk latte from La Colombe, and a leisurely walk home to graduate hospital - stopping to say hello to every dog en route.
Favorite places to shop in Center City?
I’m the girl who stalks the Ubiq storefront just to see if they got any new kicks, the girl who thinks it’s criminal to walk by Lululemon without stopping in, and the proud owner of every pair of jeans Madewell has to offer.
Favorite places to eat in Center City?
Like every other twenty something in Philadelphia I live for Parc Brunch. But when I’m not brunching, I can be found at Mission Taqueria on Tuesdays, and in the basement at Double Knot Sunday nights avoiding any sign of scaries.
Favorite places to drink in Center City?
Friday Saturday Sunday has the most comfortable bar seats in all of Philadelphia. When I'm lucky enough to snag one, it’s safe to say I'm staying the night.
