What do you do for a living?
Owner and Director of Thrive Pilates
What do most love about your job?
It’s so rewarding to teach health and fitness and to see the impact that Pilates, yoga and mindfulness have on others. I also LOVE connecting with students and teachers.
"My go-to look? Since I teach Pilates, you can almost always find me in leggings by lulu, a flowy top by Free People, and Converse or Nikes on my feet."
What is on your bookshelf?
I have a collection of books on Mindfulness, yoga and Pilates, plus whatever my book club decided on for the month. I also have a collection of CDs that I can’t part ways with despite my new obsession with Spotify. My favorite part of my bookshelf is where I keep photo albums. My three-year-old son and I look at them all the time.
"A perfect day would consist of breakfast at P.S. & Co., a walk through Rittenhouse Square, a Pilates or yoga class at Philly Power Yoga and Thrive Pilates, lunch at Pure Fare, a walk along the Schuylkill trail, playing with my son at Sister Cities or Taney, walking to 13th Street for shopping and dinner with my husband, Nick, at Double Knot."
