On July 28, 2022 CPDC hosted an in-person meeting with leaders in retail real estate to discuss Center City District and Central Philadelphia Development Corporation’s most recent Retail Report. Highlighted were key findings from the report, documenting sustained retail recovery through pedestrian volumes, leasing activity, and taxable sales all approaching pre-pandemic levels. The panel of experts assessed the future of Center City Philadelphia’s retail landscape and discussed what is needed for it to continue to thrive in the future.
