Please, join the Independence Branch of the Free Library on Monday, August 3, at 6pm as they host Erwin Joos, curator of the Eugeen Van Mieghem Museum. Mr. Joos will be in Philadelphia to relate his insights concerning the acclaimed artist, realist painter Eugeen Van Mieghem.
