Movies Under Penn

Grab a blanket or lawn chair, bring the family and friends and head to City Hall courtyard four Fridays this summer to catch a movie under Billy Penn, during the City Hall Film Series. All films are FREE and open to the public and begin at approximately 8:30pm. No alcohol or pets are allowed.
